Kenneth W. Till serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and the Bank. Mr. Till has twenty-four (24) years of banking experience in Alabama, previously having served as Assistant Comptroller of Regions Financial Corporation.
Art Freeman, EVP, Chief Lending Officer
Art Freeman joined First Partners Bank in January of 2012 as the chief lending officer. He brings 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, including loan origination for development, construction, bridge and term facilities for multi-family, office, medical office, retail, industrial and self-storage properties. He has previously held leadership positions at BancSource Advisors, Red Mountain Bank and AmSouth Bank. Art received his B.A. in English from Columbia University and his M.B.A. from The University of Alabama.
Scott Mathews, EVP, Chief Credit Officer
Scott Mathews brings more than 28 years of experience in credit administration. He previously held leadership positions at ServisFirst Bank and First Commercial Bank. He received his B.S. in Finance from The University of Alabama and his M.B.A. from Samford University.
Terry Pritchett, EVP, Risk Management Officer
Terry Pritchett has more than 40 years of experience in risk management, internal auditing and regulatory compliance. She previously held leadership positions at SouthTrust Bank (Birmingham) and The Peoples Bank & Trust Company (Selma). She received her accounting degree from Troy State University and holds several certifications in her area of expertise.
